OSCE Training for Nurses
Get fully prepared for the Australian OSCE with expert-led training that covers clinical skills, communication, and patient care—designed for internationally qualified nurses aiming for AHPRA registration.
At Chithu’s Training and Consultancy, we offer comprehensive OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) training tailored for internationally qualified nurses aiming to register and work as registered nurses in Australia under the Ahpra (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) guidelines.
The OSCE is a mandatory clinical exam for overseas nurses assessed as having a qualification substantially equivalent to Australian standards. It evaluates practical skills, clinical knowledge, communication, and safe patient care, aligned with Australian nursing practice. According to Ahpra’s official guidance, passing the OSCE is a key step in the registration process under the Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) pathway for internationally qualified nurses.
Our OSCE coaching is designed to thoroughly prepare candidates through different training modes, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. Training includes:
- Detailed station-wise preparation
- Mock assessments replicating actual exam format
- Australian-standard clinical practice modules
- Individual feedback and mentoring
The OSCE exam is currently conducted at Adelaide Health Simulation (AHS), Adelaide, South Australia, and at RANZCOG’s Assessment, Learning and Examination Centre (ALEC), Melbourne, Victoria, as per Ahpra’s designated exam centres.
Whether you are in Australia or overseas, Chithu’s Training and Consultancy supports you at every stage of your OSCE journey with expert trainers, structured materials, and a results-driven approach.
